Alumni & Student Resources

All existing students and Alumni can access a variety of resources from requesting transcripts, to graduation information, to alumni assocations and much more. If you are an active, former, or returning student, you can do the following:


  • Request Unofficial Transcripts: Your Populiweb login is required. Click here to place your request. Once logged in, click on the "Student" tab and select "Export Transcript" on the left. Unofficial transcripts are free of charge and are available instantly.
  • Request Official Transcripts: The request for your transcript must be accompanied with a completed and signed Transcript Request Form and returned with your signature to the Registrar's Office, 1802 East G St, Ontario, CA 91764 during business hours. Transcript fees must be paid at the via payment area (Login required) or paying in person at our Front Desk Office or simply by mailing a check along with the signed request form before transcripts can be released. The Front Desk Office is located at the front entrance of the school, and their office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Transcript requests ordered can take anywhere from 7 - 10 business days to process.

    Please Note: Your transcripts may not be released if you have any holds on your account. This includes financial such as unpaid tuition or fees, administrative such as missing documents and academic such as an incomplete class.

    Steps for requesting your transcripts

    - Download and complete the Transcript Request Form (PDF). Your signature is REQUIRED!
    - Pay the transcript fee; $25 per transcript. Click here to pay now.
    - For EXPIDITED PROCESSING, please add $50.(2 to 3 business days for processing)
    - Upload the completed form via the student upload center and send an email to with your request.

    *Please make checks and money orders payable to AHUSC.

  • Apply for Graduation: Application for graduate requires completion of all required courses as well as financial clearnace in all department. Click here to register. (login required) If you do not have your login information, please call us at (909)884-9000
  • Join the AHOSOL Alumni Association: We hope to establish a life-long relationship with all of our graduates and to acheive this, we have started the AHUSOL Alumni Association (AHUSOLAA). Click here to join or here to get more information.
  • Request 1098-T: You can retrieve all of your 1098-T from your very first year to your exit. You will need your Populiweb login to access this. Click here.
  • Apply to Teach: Do you have what it takes to teach and motivate the next batch of legal professionals? We want to hear from you. Click here to apply. AHUSOL is an equal opportunity employer.
  • Make a Donation to AHU Foundation: American Heritage University and some of it's Alumni have created a foundation geared at helping students possess the drive and passion to go to Law Schoo but lack the financial resources. Join the cause by making a donation today.
  • Audit a Class: Are you studying for the First Year Bar Exam or the General Bar Exam? Either way, you may need a refresher on several courses. You can audit a class by clicking here.

  • View Financial Records: Using your Populiweb login information, you can view all of the payments that you made towards each Enrollment Agreement. Log into My AHU NoteBook and click on the "Financial" tab.
  • Submit a Success Story: Share your success story with us and all prospective students. They need to know that it is possible to become successful through distance education. Click here to submit your story.
