This PDF form is applicable to students who have successfully completed the Juris Doctor (JD) program and are looking to gradaute.
Use this PDF form to withdraw from the JD program. Please note that simply not showing up to class does not automatically stop your tuition charges. This form is the official document that needs to be on file when a student chooses to withdraw.

Use this form to request paper transcripts from AHUSOL. Paper transcripts are required with the State Bar of California. For electronic transcripts (email delivery) use this online transcript request tool.

Use this PDF to submit a Leave of Absence. Please note that the California Bar Rule requires 24-26 weeks of consecutive study to receive ½ year credit or 48-52 weeks of consecutive study to receive 1-year credit. Withdrawing from American Heritage University may result in the loss of credit.

(1) Satisfactory completion of a course of study requiring a minimum of 864 hours of preparation and study a year for four (4) years. The year of preparation and study must occur in not less than forty-eight (48) or more than fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks. To receive credit for one-half year, a student must have 432 hours of preparation and study in not less than twenty-four (24) or more than twenty-six (26) consecutive weeks.
